Leche Frita

Originating from northern Spain, this sweet treat is made from cooked corn flour until thickened to a firm dough. It’s then divided and dipped into plain flour and well beaten eggs to be fried and give its golden appearance. Then it’s dusted with cinnamon sugar, it goes great when served with ice cream or a sweet berry sauce.
