Our gluten free chocolate cake is just as good as our regular chocolate cake but instead of wheat flour we use a blend of gluten free flour and a bit of xanthum gum.  The cake is just as moist and flavorful and the frosting is just as creamy.

Our version of our classic coffee cake turned gluten free. Same cinnamon sugar filling, cinnamon sugar crumb topping, and same delicious moist fluffy cake. Using our gluten free flour blend, we ensure the same satisfaction  one gets from any coffee cake but without the gluten.

 Even with our gluten free flour the crust is still a flaky as usual. Our filling is the same as our regular pie, the only difference is our gluten free crust that is topped with medium sugar crystals.
