Creme Caramel

Well known and very popular from Spain, the Creme Caramel is a custard flan dessert made from eggs, sugar and fresh milk giving it its chewy and jelly like texture. Which is then coated with sweet caramel sauce poured on top made from heated sugar and lemon juice continuously stirred until golden.
